You agree that if you use the paid service before the end of the notice period, you will be responsible for all costs incurred up to the date of cancellation. If any subscription period for such paid services expires, we will automatically renew your subscription and upload your credit card or other payment method to us unless you terminate your subscription at least 48 hours before the end of the relevant period.
Not all features may be available if the user you are communicating with uses a different version of the services or uses third-party software. In such cases, you and you agree to apply and consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario to waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over the parties to these courts and to any venue in those courts. Choice of law, dispute resolution, specific terms of contract (including the current owner company) and o Important regional specific provisions are included in this section 14.
If you use third-party applications, websites or other products integrated with our services, you may collect information about your activities, which are subject to their own terms and privacy policy. Unless stated otherwise, and if you cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial, it will be charged at the end of the trial period and will continue to be charged for the subscription repeating subscription fees will be charged at the then current price.
Without other regulations governing your country in Section 14, we may, without notice, add or remove features or functions, suspend new limits on the Services or temporarily or permanently, or terminate a service. However, this does not mean that we monitor the Services or review or display content. We may remove content that violates the Terms of Use or applicable laws or regulations and refuse to display it.
